The Fargo Park District Installed Skate Shack At Broadway Square On November 3

The Fargo Park District is installing the Skate Shack at Broadway Square on Wednesday, November 3 around 9:00 am, weather permitting.

To allow for installation of the structure, 2nd Avenue will be blocked off from Broadway, east to the alleyway while work is done onsite. The Skate Shack is arriving on a truck from its off-site storage location and a crane is used to install the Skate Shack at The Square.

The Skate Shack is onsite at Broadway Square from November through mid-March, weather permitting. Skate rentals, concessions and merchandise are available for purchase inside the Skate Shack. Installation of the SCHEELS Skating Rink will begin next week, November 8. The SCHEELS Skating Rink and the Skate Shack are set to open for the season during the Christmas Tree Lighting event on November 23.
