Coronavirus In Ohio: 1,327 Cases, 13 Deaths

Health officials confirmed more than 1,300 new COVID-19 cases among Ohioans on Thursday.

COLUMBUS, OH — Ohio hit a new three-week high for COVID-19 cases confirmed in a day on Thursday.

In the past 24 hours, health officials have confirmed 1,327 COVID-19 cases among Ohioans. There have not been 1,300 COVID-19 cases confirmed in a single day since at least early September, according to data from the Ohio Department of Health.

While new cases were up on Thursday, other key COVID-19 metrics trended down.
