Both players face charges of rape with threat of force and kidnapping to engage in sexual activity, according to documents on the Franklin County Municipal Court website. The charges stem from an incident on Feb. 4, according to NBC News.

According to Fox 8 and court records, Riep was having consensual sex with a woman when she decided she wanted to stop. Then Wint walked into the room and the two football players held the woman down and continued having sex with her, Fox 8 reported.
