2017 Avon, Avon Lake Sex Offender Safety Map

AVON, OH — Before children go out trick-or-treating on Halloween, fall is a good time to take inventory of who is living in your neighborhood. Avon and Avon Lake have a combined 19 registered sex offenders, according to the Lorain County Sheriff's Office.

Offenders are allowed around children unless they are on some form of “community control” (parole or Probation) and the conditions of that sanction prohibits it," according to the Cuyahoga County Sheriff's Office.

Below is a map showing the location of the two cities' 19 registered sex offenders.
