Armed Man Robs Dollar General In Sheffield Township
Investigators are asking the public for help identifying the suspect.
SHEFFIELD TOWNSHIP, OH — An armed man robbed a Dollar General in Sheffield Center on Sunday. Sheriffs deputies are trying to identify the suspect.
The Lorain County Sheriff's Office said the suspect walked into the store, pulled out a handgun and demanded money from the cashier. The suspect was seen driving away in a silver vehicle.
No one was hurt during the robbery.

On Sunday night, the Sheriff's office released images of a person with information on the robbery. Investigators asked the public to identify the man, if they could.
Anyone with information on the man's identity, or the robbery, should contact the Lorain County Sheriff's Office detective bureau at 440-329-3710.

The Sheriff's Office said the same man is suspected of robbing a Dollar General in mid-December in Sheffield Township.
