Avon Early Learning Center Named Hall Of Fame School
The award comes with a gift of $1,000 for the school.
AVON, OH β The Avon Early Learning Center has been selected as a Hall of Fame School by he Ohio Association of Elementary School Administrators.
The Avon Early Learning Center is home to the Avon Schools' kindergartners and preschool program. Principal Colleen Mudore will be presented an award and $1,000 to be used at her discretion, during a conference in June 2021.
The award recognizes schools that provide a quality school experience while engaging faculty, students and the community. To be named a Hall of Fame School, staff had to submit an extensive application highlighting the school's effectiveness.

βI am beyond privileged to work with such a dedicated group of educators that invest their all every day to make sure our littlest eagles SOAR,β Mudore said. βWe not only have an amazing team, but we are a family and each and every person that walks into our door is an important part of that family. The staff, students and Avon families make our building an amazing place to be and I am grateful that others recognize what a great learning environment we have at the AELC.β
The Ohio Association of Elementary School Administrators will hold its Professional Conference June 16-18, 2021. Hall of Fame winners will be recognized during that event.
