Avon Kindergarten Session To Be Held Jan. 30

AVON, OH — The Avon Schools' kindergarten information night for parents will be held Jan. 30. The adults-only meeting will give parents all the details they'll need to register their child for kindergarten.

The meeting will be held at at the Avon Early Learning Center, 3075 Stoney Ridge Road, from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Parents considering sending their child, or children, to kindergarten in Avon should attend the meeting, the district said.

A formal presentation will be conducted between 6 p.m. and 6:45 p.m. Parents can then ask questions about the kindergarten program.

Children are eligible for fall kindergarten in the Avon Schools if they will be 5-years-old by August 1, 2020.
