Avon Lake Moving Forward With 2021 Memorial Day Parade

AVON LAKE, OH — Avon Lake has begun preparing for its annual Memorial Day Parade and Ceremony.

This year's parade will be held May 31 at 10 a.m. The parade route will start at Avon Lake High School and end at Veterans Memorial Park.

"The City of Avon Lake is committed to the health and safety of the community and will follow all COVID-19 guidelines in effect from the State of Ohio at the time of the event," city officials said.

The 2020 Avon Lake Memorial Day Parade was canceled due to COVID-19.
