Beerhead Bar & Eatery Coming To Avon

AVON, OH — Nagel Road will soon be the home to Avon's new Beerhead Bar & Eatery, a craft beer restaurant franchise. The company announced that it is expanding its Ohio footprint, with three new locations, including Avon.

Beerhead locations will be coming to Avon, Concord and Columbus in 2019. Each restaurant is owned and operated by Aaron Rasmussen, Jim Maclellan and Eric Engelke of Three 30 Ventures LLC.

"We were immediately drawn to the distinct franchise opportunity of Beerhead Bar & Eatery and we are looking forward to bringing three locations to Ohio" said Rasmussen. "We've seen the success of the Cleveland Flats locations and we believe its unique vibe and impressive offerings of beer and food will continue to be a hit."

Avon's Beerhead is slated to roll out first, the company said. The location is targeting a spring 2019 date for opening and will be at 1813 Nagel Road.

Beerhead carries a vast selection of craft beers, including international brews. Staff at the restaurant and bar will be well-versed in the myriad options offered. Hundreds of beers will be available at the establishment, along with dinner and lunch options.

Beerhead currently has seven locations throughout the Midwest, and is looking to expand in the region. The company said it wants to open stores in the craft beer rich states of Ohio, Illinois, Michigan, Indiana, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania.

The company estimates it will open 30 restaurants over the next four years.
