So where's our electricity?

Fed up with CEI's poor performance!

Granted there was a storm. Granted that the East Coast of the U.S. was walloped by Hurricane Sandy. BUT the storm was projected to also affect N/E Ohio, especially the lake shore suburbs.

I live on Fredericksburg Drive: We lost our electricity early and are still awaiting a return to power. We have also been advised by Emergency telephone notifications of when CEI thinks electric power will be restored. Two calls, two later dates. This latest call suggests Sunday or even Monday night. I don't believe 'notification' constitues justification!

CEI knew we would also be hit by Hurricane Sandy's effects, why did they dispatch our utility crews to the east coast? Forgive me, but I pay my CEI utility bills in a prompt and timely fashion. When did it become fashionable to take my money and not provide reliable service? I don't understand how CEI is given a 'pass' by simply announcing restoration dates. How about actually restoring power?
