Your First Home Is One Of Many Firsts

Your first home may be a 2 bedroom Cape Cod or a 3 bedroom Ranch. You may have paid $19,000 or $89000 for your residence. Your first home may come with green carpeting or a vanilla box in neutral beige tones. But from the moment you unpack your belongings and put up the window treatments, your home becomes you. It reflects your personality and your personal taste, your likes and certainly doesn’t include things you don’t like.  

Your first home becomes yours because you make it your own!  Pride of owning your first home comes with signing the final documents and getting the keys to your new existence. During the next months and years you spend time creating a place where you can be yourself, leave the world behind you when you enter your own door, and do as you please!

 There are many firsts in all our lives. First day of school. First kiss. First job. First pay check. We all have many significant “firsts” that become embedded in our memory book. Trust me…… turning the key in your own front door for the first time is absolute magical!
