On April 16th at 7:00PM, the Knights of Columbus, Father Ragan Hall at 1783 More Rd, Avon, the experienced and knowledgeable Joseph Emery, Clinical Liaison Lead at UH Cutler Center for Men will present “Prostate Health: What Every Man Should Know”. Hear about prostate enlargement, cancer risk and urinary difficulties including the need for early detection through screening starting at 40 with PSA tests and digital rectal exams. Also, practical recommendations for reducing risk will be discussed. Please RSVP by April 13th to rudybreglia@gmail.com. Bring Friends. Public is welcome. Snacks and refreshments will be served.

The Avon Garden Club will meet Tuesday, April 21, 2026, in the Orchid Room at Miller Nature Preserve, 2739 Center Rd (Rt. 83), Avon. Patti Donnellan, Executive Director of the Lorain County Conservation District will present “Managing Storm Water Runoff with Rain Gardens.” Doors open at 6:30 pm with the free program starting at 7:00 pm.
