Case Road In Avon Temporarily Closing April 18
Portions of the road will be closed starting at 9 a.m. for a water main replacement project.

AVON, OH - Case Road in Avon will be closed for several hours on April 18. The city says they will be installing a new storm sewer and replace the water main along the road.
The street will be closed starting at 9 a.m. The city sent a letter to some residents saying they expect the closure to last for "several hours." Some residents will also be without water during the construction phase.
Anyone heading to an address north of 4209 Case Road will need to take Detroit Road as an alternate route. Anyone going south of 4209 Case Road will need to cut through Avalon or use Burns Road as an alternate route, the city says.

The city says it realizes the repairs will be an inconvenience to motorists but the water main must be replaced.
