Child Pornography Charges Filed Against Elyria Man
A 58-year-old Elyria man has been accused of receiving and distributing child pornography.
ELYRIA, OH — An Elyria man has been indicted on child pornography charges, the Department of Justice announced.
Brian Louk, 58, is accused of receiving and then distributing numerous digital files containing child pornography. The Department of Justice said Louk engaged in the acquisition and distribution of child pornography from August 6 through December 10, 2018.
The indictment filed against the 58-year-old also accuses him of having a computer loaded with child pornography in Jan. 2019.

Louk has been charged with receiving, distributing and possessing visual depections of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
