Contractor Crews Connect with Bellaire Residents

Utiliton Corp. crews have installed approximately one-third of Bellaire’s new sewer line and connected six home laterals, in spite of heavy rain. Excavation for the next pipe bursting run and connecting laterals will continue on Bellaire north of Durrell during the week of Aug. 1.

Bellaire residents will be notified 48 hours ahead of schedule where crews will be working and asked to reduce water usage while laterals are being connected. Local access traffic will be maintained and motorists are advised to drive with caution.

Concerns relating to water and sewer construction should be directed to Avon Lake Municipal Utilities at 440-933-6226 during workdays or 933-3229 on weekends and holidays. Those relating to road repairs should be directed to the at 440-930-6141.
