Ohio recently surpassed a 15 percent positivity rate on COVID-19 tests. The state warned travelers they should quarantine when arriving in or leaving Ohio.

"Ohio's positivity rate of 15% should be a wake-up call. This virus spreads between people when we're near each other. For a little while, we need to stay apart. That means we have to stay home unless it's absolutely necessary," said Dr. Bruce Vanderhoff, the chief medical officer for ODH.
