The 5th annual "War on the Shore" community basketball tournament for 4th - 6th grade teams occurs March 19th and 20th at Avon Lake High School. Proceeds from the War on the Shore go to the Avon Lake Travel Basketball Association (www.eteamz.com/altba ) to help fund travel teams and to contribute to promoting the game of basketball and upgrading equipment in Avon Lake.
