Fight Ends With Two Missing Teeth For Man

A domestic incident got out of control with a man pushing his ex-wife over and then hitting her friend and knocking out two of his teeth.

AVON LAKE, OH — Avon Lake Police are investigating a violent domestic incident that ended with a man having two of his teeth knocked out. Felonious Assault, July 21 — Two exes came to blows on Fairport Drive. When officers arrived on the scene, they learned that the ex-husband had pushed the ex-wife to the ground. Officers also discovered that the ex-husband had punched another man in the face, knocking two of the men's teeth out. The ex-husband had fled the scene before police arrived but warrants have been issued for his arrest.

Traffic Complaint, July 22 — An officer on patrol ended up right behind a 2003 Chevy Blazer that had expired license plates. The officer stopped the vehicle and cited the driver.

Death Investigation, July 23 — Emergency services received a call saying two people in an orange raft appeared to be struggling in the water near Veteran's Park. When police arrived, they were able to rescue one man, but the other man was missing. Several agencies then coordinated on a rescue effort. The other male was later located and pronounced dead.

Telecommunications Harassment, July 24 — Police were called to a business on Lake Road for reports of an employee being harassed. A man was texting and emailing one of the employees, sending videos and talking about random business topics. An employee at another business nearby reported a similar situation. The man has been told multiple times to stop communicating with the employee but has persisted.

Traffic Complaint, July 26 — An officer stopped a car on Vanda Avenue for a traffic violation. The driver had a suspended license and he was also served a protection order.
