Free Flu Shots Coming To Lorain County

ELYRIA, OH — Lorain County Public Health is hosting several flu shot clinics in the coming weeks.

All of the flu shots are free, with funding for the clinics coming from the CARES Act. Participants must wear a face mask and a short-sleeved shirt, for ease-of-access for administrators.

There are two types of flu shot clinics set to be held in the next week: clinics for people 16 and older and clinics for people 15 and younger.

Flu shot clinics for people 16 and older will be held:

• Saturday, Nov. 7 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Elyria Fire Department Station No. 2, 330 E. Broad St. in Elyria
• Monday, Nov. 9, from 3 to 7 p.m. at Lorain Central Service Complex, 2132 West Park Drive, Lorain

Flu shot clinics for people 15 and younger will be held:

• Saturday, Nov. 7 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Lorain County Community College in the Ewing Activities Center, 1005 Abbe Rd. N. in Elyria
• Monday, Nov. 9, from 3 to 7 p.m. at Lorain High School, 2600 Ashland Ave, Lorain
