Help Determine Future Bicycling Paths In Avon
The Lorain County Park System wants resident input on the future of pedestrian and bicycling paths in Avon.
AVON, OH — Avon residents are asked for their input on the future of bicycling and walking in their city. A pair of public meetings will be held next month to determine a municipal Master Plan.
The meetings are being organized by the Lorain County Metro Parks. Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plans will be developed for both Avon and Sheffield Village. The Master Plans will guide the next 10 to 15 years of facility development.
The first meeting on the Master Plans will be held in Sheffield Village at the Municipal Building, 4340 Colorado Avenue, on September 10. The meeting will run for two hours and starts at 6:30 p.m.
