Heroin Found In Elyria Woman's Possession
The woman was allegedly refusing to leave a home in Westlake when police arrived.

WESTLAKE, OH — Three people, including a 22-year-old woman from Elyria, were arrested for drug use last Monday in Westlake. Police said they found heroin, needles and other drug paraphernalia at the house.
At about 10:15 a.m., Westlake police got a call from a resident who said that two unwanted house guests were refusing to leave. The caller said the two female guests were also involved with drug use.
Officers responding to the scene saw one of the house guests walking down a residential street. The woman showed signs of recent drug use. Police said she had heroin and needles in her possession.

Police then went on to the caller's house. They found the second house guest inside. She also had drugs and drug paraphernalia in her possession, police said.
Investigators discovered the caller had invited the women to the house. The women said the caller had then bought and used drugs with them. Police arrested the caller too.

The females, the 22-year-old from Elyria and a 28-year-old from Westlake, were charged with drug possession. The caller, a 58-year-old man, was charged with permitting drug use.
