Holiday Concert In Avon Benefits School Band's Trip To NYC
The Avon High School Symphony Orchestra is scheduled to perform at Carnegie Hall in New York City. A concert will help ease the travel costs

AVON, OH — The Avon High School Symphony Orchestra is scheduled to perform at New York City's vaunted Carnegie Hall in April. To raise money for the trip, the band is putting together a special holiday concert.
The orchestra is set to visit New York from April 16 to April 19. During their visit, they will perform at Carnegie Hall.
In an effort to raise money for the trip to the Big Apple, the orchestra will perform at a special Holiday Pops Concert on Thursday, Dec. 19 at 7 p.m. The concert will be held inside Avon High School's auditorium, 37545 Detroit Road.

Tickets for the concert are $15 each. All proceeds will go toward helping the costs of each student's trip.
