Juvenile Busted For Having Weed At Gas Station In Avon Lake
An employee at the gas station thought the juvenile was an intoxicated man and called police.

AVON LAKE, OH — A juvenile was cited for having marijuana after a gas station clerk called police and said the juvenile was possibly intoxicated. Officers arrived, investigated and eventually released the resident to his parent.
At about 4 p.m. on June 13, police got a call from an employee at the Speedway gas station on Walker Road. The clerk said that a possibly intoxicated man was trying to leave and was in the gas station parking lot.
Police arrived and located the man. Officers discovered the man was actually under-18. He was also in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, police said.

The juvenile was cited for having weed and the drug instruments. His parent was called to the scene and officers put him into their custody.
