Lorain Boating Accident: Two Dead

LORAIN, OH — Two people are dead after a boating accident in Lorain Harbor on Wednesday. A 20-foot boat reportedly collided with the break wall, Fox 8 reported.

There were three people aboard the boat. A man was found dead at the scene, and a woman was injured int he crash. She was taken to Mercy Health Regional Medical Center, where she later died from her injuries, the Ohio Department of Natural Resources told Fox 8.

The man died at the scene of the collision. The accident happened at about 10:30 p.m., after July 4th fireworks in the city.
