Lorain County Schools Hiring Teachers, Educators

ELYRIA, OH — Schools districts across Lorain County will take part in a job fair on April 30. There will also be a preparation session for prospective candidates to get ready for the event.

The Educator Job Fair will be held 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Educational Service Center, 1885 Lake Ave., Elyria. Attendees will need to register for the event before taking part.

The following Lorain County school districts will take part in the hiring fair: Avon, Educational Service Center of Lorain County, Firelands, Keystone, Lorain, Midview, North Ridgeville and Oberlin. The districts will be hiring for administrative and certified positions.

On April 30, from 10 a.m. to noon, there will be a meet and greet with the attending school districts. From 12:30 p.m. to 4 p.m., scheduled interviews with participating districts will take place.

Nearly two weeks before the hiring fair, there will be a preparation session called "Market Yourself- The Skills to Shine at our Job Fair." That event will be hosted at the Education Service Center from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m.
