Man Found Overdosing on Rice Park Drive in Avon Lake: Police Blotter
Police also rushed a 15-year-old to the hospital when they found him in an extremely intoxicated state.

AVON LAKE, OH - Police spent several days this past week rushing people to the hospital, including a man found overdosing on Rice Park Drive and a 15-year-old that callers reported was highly intoxicated.
Drug Abuse, Dec. 5 - A man was found on Rice Park Drive, unresponsive, and believed to have overdosed. Avon Lake Rescue Squad officials gave the man Narcan and the man was taken to the Avon Cleveland Clinic Emergency Room.
Other Offenses, Dec. 5 - Insurance purposes dictated that a Fairview Park man report that a bar he was leasing out returned to his possession in Sept. 2016, only the televisions, food, and alcohol were all missing.

Fraud, Nov. 16 - Someone opened up a credit line in an Avon Lake resident's name and began spending freely.
Traffic Complaint, Dec. 7 - Police cited a woman for driving with expired license plates and driving under a license forfeiture suspension.

Fraud, Dec. 10 - A Herrmann Drive resident reported that someone attempted to open three different accounts under their name and using their personal information. Each of the creditors was contacted and no transactions were made using the fake accounts.
Juvenile Incident, Dec. 9 - Police transported a 15-year-old resident to the Cleveland Clinic Emergency Room when they found him extremely intoxicated.
