So how will this project affect drivers?

If you are a frequent driver on Nagel Road, you may be experiencing some backups. During construction, traffic on Nagel Road will be restricted to one lane, according to the press release. Traffic signals will be placed on both sides of the work zone to allow alternating traffic flows. But there may be a way around the backups. Avon Road will be reopened for the duration of the project from Nagel Road to Bradley Road in Westlake.
