Narcan Given To 22-Year-Old In Avon Lake

Police records show a 22-year-old man was found unresponsive in the passenger seat of a car.

AVON LAKE, OH — A 22-year-old man was given an anti-overdose drug after he was found unconscious in Avon Lake.

At 10:20 p.m. on Sept. 26, according to Avon Lake police reports, callers reported a man in need of medical attention on Miller Road. When officers arrived, the man was unconscious in the front passenger seat of a car.

The man was given Narcan, an anti-opioid overdose drug, prior to paramedics arriving.

EMS then rushed the man to the Avon Cleveland Clinic.
