Possible Heroin Found At Avon Lake Home
A resident on Brookcrest Place turned over suspicious narcotics to police.

AVON LAKE, OH — A 24-year-old Avon Lake man may be facing charges for possession of heroin, pending lab analysis. The drugs were found by a 64-year-old man who lives at the same home as the man.
Police say they were called to the house on Brookcrest Place when the 64-year-old called 911 and reported finding suspicious, possible drugs. Officers took the item as evidence and are having the material analyzed by a lab. If the material is heroin, as suspected by police, then charges will be leveled at the 24-year-old.
