Possible Overdose On Mull Avenue In Avon Lake

AVON LAKE, OH — Police are investigating a possible drug overdose from last week. A woman may have overdosed on Mull Avenue before police rushed her to a local hospital for evaluation. Read more about that incident and others below.
Theft, Dec. 29 — A tail gate was stolen from a resident's truck while it was parked on Lake Road.
Telecommunications Harassment, Dec. 30 — Police spoke to a Smuggler's Cove resident who told police that her ex-boyfriend had done some damage to her home. Officers took photos and collected evidence of the damage.

Criminal Damaging, Jan. 4 — An employee at Ford called police after he saw his ex-girlfriend key his car while he was at work. When officers got to the scene, the woman had taken off. The caller told police he saw the woman key the car, but he did not want to press charges. He just wanted a report filed.
Drug Investigation, Jan. 5 — Police and EMS were called the scene of a possible drug overdose on Mull Avenue. When they arrived, the woman in question was awake and alert, according to police reports. The woman was taken to the Avon Cleveland Clinic for evaluation. Officers are still investigating the incident.

Assault, Jan. 5 — Two women got into a bar fight at Third Base. The woman considered the assailant took off before police arrived at the scene. But, for some reason, the woman then returned to Third Base and was placed under arrest.
