Robert E. Eberhard, 74, formerly of Rocky River, died Sunday, March 24 at Main Street Care Center in Avon Lake after a lengthy illness.
Robert was born on March 11, 1939 in Columbus, according to tributes.com.
Robert worked several years in his Dad's grocery business in Johnstown, Ohio before relocating to Northeast Ohio.

Robert worked for Metro Health Medical Center as a Collections Manager for 25 years. He enjoyed his friends, reading, gardening, traveling and walking his dog, Hercules.
He is survived by his brother, David (Beth) Eberhard of Naples, FL; sister, Janet Lucas of Columbus; and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Edna (nee Mathews) Eberhard.
