I read an article recently that stated that the number of visitors to the top real estate sites enjoyed a significant jump in visitors during the month of January! The top 3 sties report a 25% increase in the number of visitors over last year’s numbers.
As we here in the Avon Lake, Ohio area are well aware, the weather in January was cold and snowy and many of us were staying indoors as much as possible – and it appears a lot of people were looking at homes on real estate websites! Oftentimes these “spikes” in web visitors leads to a swarm of home buyers. To add to the urgency, our inventory remains low.
