Theft At Avon Game Store, Police Looking For Suspects
Images of two suspected thieves have been released by Avon investigators. The public is being asked to help identify the individuals.
AVON, OH — Avon police are looking for two people that stole more than $500 in gaming cards from Level Two Games this month.
According to Avon police, on June 4 at about 5 p.m., a man and woman walked into the Detroit Road store. The pair began talking to an employee and asked to see the binder of gaming cards. The woman then asked the staffer about other items in the store, and while attention was distracted, the male suspect took 534.67 in gaming cards, police said.
The duo were captured on surveillance cameras and police released the images to the public this week. The man is seen wearing a blue hooded jacket with the emblem "Pro Bowl 18 Orlando" on it. Police believe both suspects are in their mid-20s.
