'Tis the Season for House Guests!

OR put differently......prepare to sell your home!

Entertaining or selling your home can be overwhelming, but if you start early and do routine work on repairs/details, your home won't need but a quick look over before guests arrive or the first buyer looks at your home for sale!  

                1) Wash windows and wet-mop baseboards

                2) Launder all linens

                3) Deep clean kitchen and bathrooms

                4) Remove clutter and donate items that are taking up space (It's the season for giving!)

                5) Clean all  mirrors in your home

                6) Sweep the entryway, porch and patios then wipe all  doorknobs and handles!

May sound silly but just the other day, I previewed a (above average sale price) home and had to make these recommendations.  Had to state when these things were accomplished, I would have my team Home Stager make arrangements for her appointment and her recommendations. 

Cleaning and Staging are two very different segments in marketing your home!  Get the picture?
