Knitting Group

Join our knitting group at Avon Lake Public Library. Knitters of all skill levels are welcome to join knitter Valerie Dillard from 7 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. on Monday, July 11. Bring your own needles and yarn and Valerie will teach the basics to new knitters or help those already working on a project. Ages 16 and up. Tram Rides

Enjoy a free tram ride the full length of the trails at the on Saturday, July 23 from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. Limited number of seats available. Tram leaves every half hour. Registration required by calling Avon Lake Public Library at 440-933-8128 x221.

Tree House Club – Balloon Sculpture

Learn how to make all kinds of balloon sculptures. Part 2 – Intermediate, is Wednesday, July 13 from 1 p.m. – 1:45 p.m. (You must have attended Part 1 – Basic, in order to participate.) For ages 8 – 11. Registration begins July 6 and can be done in DiscoveryWorks or by calling 440-933-7848.
