Underage Drinkers Did Donuts In Avon Lake: Police
A caller reported a vehicle with a loud exhaust doing donuts near his home, bringing police to the scene.

AVON LAKE, OH — Two under age drinkers were arrested after doing donuts near a condominium complex, according to police reports.
A little after 1 a.m. on Jan. 12, police said a caller reported hearing a car with a loud exhaust driving in circles — sometimes called doing donuts because of the disk-shaped tread marks left on surfaces — near a Magnolia Lane housing complex.
When officers arrived at the scene, they spotted the vehicle described by the caller, just as it was pulling out of a residence. An officer went to the door of the home and knocked, but no one answered. Police then followed the vehicle, the incident report said.
