Volunteers Needed For Beer Festival In Avon Lake

The city's inaugural Beer Festival is September 22, but it could use a few helping hands.

AVON LAKE, OH — The city's inaugural Beer Festival will be an electric party for residents. With food trucks, local beer from craft breweries, and live music there will be plenty to entertain and delight guests. But first, the event creators need a little help.

Volunteers are still needed for the September 22 Beer Festival, especially for setup, which will run from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. The event itself will run from noon to 6 p.m. at Miller Park.

Saturday's event will also feature activities for kids (who cannot partake in the beer drinking, obviously). Parents will be able to bring the whole family to the first Avon Lake Beer Festival. The city hopes this will be an inaugural event.
