Weiss Fields, Dog Park Closing Early Saturday

AVON LAKE, OH — The dog park and Weiss Fields will be closed Saturday as crews setup the Haunted Trails.

The dog park will close at 12 p.m. and Weiss Fields will close at 2 p.m., the city of Avon Lake said in a statement.

The Haunted Trails will run from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. The 2020 event will be held completely outdoors, in a socially distant way. There will be a "Not-so-Spooky Trail" and a "Spooky Haunted Trail" for guests.

Masks are mandated for all attendees. Ticketed guests will only be permitted to walk the trail with the group with which they registered.
