The contest is open to residents of both cities, 15 and older. Registration is $15 per person and comes with a T-shirt and program card. Individuals who earn the most points can win first, second and third place prizes. The city with the most points will have its name engraved on a plaque and wins bragging rights for the year.

Points will be awarded to individuals for "participation in various health, wellness and fitness activities, such as receiving a wellness assessment (blood pressure, waist circumference and body composition), working out at the center, participating in special events, or donating to a food drive. Each point you earn for yourself also adds to your city’s point total," University Hospitals said.
