5 Thieves Rip-Off Stores at Beachwood Place Mall: Weekend Police Blotter
Officers also broke up a drunken brawl in the parking lot of Embassy Suites.

BEACHWOOD, OH - This weekend thieves plagued Beachwood Place Mall and its stores, ripping off stores on five separate occasions.
Theft by Deception, Nov. 4 - A man returned several knockoff perfumes to Dillards, 26500 Cedar Rd., and received a refund for its legitimate product. The perfumes included a Dolce & Gabbana fragrance set, Issey Miyake Fragrance Set, and a Givenchy Fragrance Set. The refund was worth $183.
Shoplifting, Nov. 4 - Two adult females were arrested for shoplifting at Sephora inside Beachwood Place Mall, 26300 Cedar Rd. One female stole $40 worth of merchandise and the other stole $168 worth of merchandise. They were both also charged with receiving stolen property for having stolen merchandise from the Forever 21 store inside Beachwood Place Mall.

Shoplifting, Nov. 5 - A juvenile female was arrested for stealing $94.43 worth of merchandise from Claire's, 26300 Cedar Road.
Shoplifting, Nov. 5 - Officers responded to H & M at 26300 Cedar Rd. for an adult female in custody for theft. The total value of stolen merchandise was $39.98.

Shoplifting, Nov. 5 - Two juvenile girls were arrested for stealing from the Claire's at Beachwood Place Mall. The duo stole $57 worth of earrings.
Disorderly Conduct, Nov. 5 - A fight broke out in the parking lot of Embassy Suites, 3775 Park East. When officers arrived there was a drunk man in the area and he was acting disorderly. The man failed to comply with officers' orders and then resisted arrest. Police were able to wrestle him into custody.
