A Year of Beachwood Photos
Beachwood Patch photographer Afi-Odelia Scruggs takes a look back
Today is Beachwood Patch's one-year anniversary! To celebrate, we asked our photographer - who has worked with us almost since the beginning - to show us her favorite photos from the year and tell us a little about her experiences with them. From Afi:
We all know that you can live next to someone, yet never know them. That's how I thought about Beachwood before I started freelancing for Patch. I lived in South Euclid, but my only stop in Beachwood was at the late Borders.
Now that I'm taking photos of the city and its citizens, I'm literally seeing all I've missed: wonderful activities for children, great community theater and arts. I've gathered my favorites from the photos I took this year. This is my impression of Beachwood.
