Are Deer A Problem In Beachwood? Share Your Thoughts
The city is polling residents in an attempt to track the deer population.

BEACHWOOD, OH — The city is polling residents on the deer population near them. In a new survey, released publicly this week, residents are asked to share their thoughts on the four-legged animals and whether or not a culling program should be considered in Beachwood.
In the survey, residents are asked to share their thoughts on the deer population near them (has it grown? shrunk?), whether or not they pose a problem (are they damaging landscapes, transmitting diseases, or making traffic more dangerous?) and if the city should consider culling or relocation programs for deer.
The survey can be accessed by clicking here. Residents will need to input their address so the city can ascertain where the largest populations of deer exist in the city.
