Barkwood Dog Park Open In Beachwood
Barkwood Dog Park members can now utilize the park without an appointment.
BEACHWOOD, OH — Barkwood Dog Park in Beachwood has reopened to members.
Members do not need to register for an appointment to use the park, simply show up with your pet in tow. The park is open from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily. Barkwood is at City Park East, on Richmond Road, between Shaker Boulevard east and west.
Anyone who wishes to register to become a Barkwood Dog Park member needs to fill out and submit an application on the park's website.

"During this COVID-19 crisis that has closed City Hall to the public, Beachwood residents wishing to apply for Barkwood may complete the Barkwood Dog Park Packet PDF and e-mail it (with payment information, proof of residency, and each dog’s vaccination records) to Karen.Carmen@beachwoodohio.com," the city said on its website.
Vaccination records can also be faxed directly from a veterinarian's office to the Beachwood Community Services Department at 216-292-1976.
