Beachwood Apartment Complex Wins Regional Award

BEACHWOOD, OH — Four Seasons Apartments in Beachwood was recently named "Property of the Year" by the Northern Ohio Apartment Association (NOAA). The competition included 176 northern Ohio apartment facilities.

The Beachwood-based apartment complex will be featured on the cover of Suites magazine and was also named the "100% Overall Community Appeal" award winner. The complex's developers and operators were recognized in September at the 16th Annual 2019 Key Awards gala.

The Four Seasons Apartments are located at 26600 George Zeiger Drive. The complex includes four high and mid-rise buildings and offers smoke-free and pet-friendly units. Available spaces range in size from 903 square feet to 2,565 square feet.
