Beachwood Mall Shooting: Person Of Interest Picture Released
Police want the public's help finding a person of interest connected to one of the two shootings on St. Patrick's Day.

BEACHWOOD, OH — Police have released the image of a person-of-interest possibly connected to one of the two shootings that happened at Beachwood Place Mall on St. Patrick's Day. A 17-year-old girl suffered minor injuries during the second shooting and this person may have information on that incident.
A gunshot was heard inside the main entrance of the mall at about 6 p.m. on March 17. That's when the teenager was hurt, though she was taken to a local hospital, treated and released. However, police said they do not believe that anyone was intentionally targeted and no purposeful assault took place.
Still, police believe the person in the photographs may have information about what happened. The man was seen leaving the mall in a Jeep Wrangler, police said.

Police have arrested one man in connection with the incident and two people were hurt during the shootings. The first St. Patrick's Day shooting was apparently part of a fight between two men that knew each other, Beachwood Police Chief Gary Haba said in a press release. One of the men was wounded, suffering a gunshot wound to the leg. The other man was arrested at the scene. Both men are in police custody.
A second shooting may have taken place at 6 p.m., when the teenager suffered minor injuries.
