Beachwood Police Prevent Fight At Nordstrom
Officers were called to the scene for a disturbance. They found two people arguing and were able to de-escalate the situation.

BEACHWOOD, OH - Police found themselves playing peacemakers over the weekend. They were called to the parking lot of Nordstrom for a possible fight. Luckily, officers were able to calm the situation down and prevent any violence. Read on for other weekend items.
Warrant Served, Feb. 24 - The Bratenhal Police Department arrested a man for an outstanding warrant in Shaker Heights Municipal Court and transported the man to Beachwood Jail.
Disturbance, Feb. 24 - Police were called to the parking lot of Nordstrom, 26300 Cedar Rd., for reports of a disturbance. Two people were arguing in the parking lot but officers were able to calm the situation down.

Animal Noises, Feb. 25 - A barking dog earned a Bryden Road resident a citation.
Shoplifting, Feb. 25 - A juvenile female was arrested for stealing $217 worth of merchandise from the Sephora at Beachwood Place Mall, 26300 Cedar Rd. When police arrested her they found she was also in possession of $94.98 worth of stolen goods from H&M.

Fire, Feb. 25 - The fire department extinguished a dumpster fire at 3755 Green Road.
Found Property, Feb. 25 - Police located a shotgun, stored in a case, in the parking lot of the Atrium I Building, 26150 Village Lane.
Suspicion, Feb. 26 - A woman was sitting at a red light on George Zeiger Drive when she was rear ended by another driver.
Fraud, Feb. 26 - A resident reported fraudulent activity in his checking account.
Shoplifting, Feb. 26 - An adult male was arrested after he attempted to shoplift nearly $100 worth of merchandise from Dillard's at Beachwood Place Mall.
Marijuana Possession, Feb. 26 - Police found a car illegally parked in a handicapped spot at Beachwood Place Mall. The driver and passenger both had outstanding warrants for their arrest and there was a burnt marijuana cigarette in the ashtray.
