Cleveland Garlic Festival 2015

Cleveland Garlic Festival is an annual  grassroots food and music festival located in Shaker Square. This year’s Garlic Fest is taking place September 12th from 12-9pm and September 13th from 12-6pm.

Attendees will enjoy garlic-themed foods prepared by local celebrity chefs, on site grill-off competitions, live music, cooking demonstrations, wine tasting, a “Mighty Locavores” kids section and more! New this year North Union Farmers Market is partnering with the Ohio Cheese Guild to offer educational culinary events throughout the weekend.

Volunteers are needed throughout the event as well as for set-up and clean-up. Volunteers will have three-hour shifts and in return will receive entrance to the festival for three! Volunteer positions include entrance, the chef-demo tent, the beer tent, the kids section and much more!

All proceeds from this FUNdraiser will benefit North Union Farmers Market whose mission is to champion the local foods of Northeast Ohio and promote their environmental economic and health benefits by connecting certified producers with consumers through a network of markets.
