Condado's unique offerings are built around a build-your-own taco menu. The restaurant offers a scantron-style menu, where diners can pick out which ingredients they want included in their meal. Options include things like ghost pepper steak and BBQ pulled jackfruit, along with ingredients for vegetarians, vegans and carnivores. Plus, diners can choose regular flour or corn tortillas, double decker shells, and stuff their tacos with queso, chorizo or even sausage grazy and biscuits.
