Cooper's Hawk To Open In Orange

From Cooper's Hawk: Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurants, a lifestyle brand that ranks among the 35 largest wineries in the U.S., is pleased to announce the opening of its first Cleveland-area Orange location in November. Cooper’s Hawk is bringing Napa Valley to Northeast Ohio as it blends a modern, casual dining experience and a menu developed with its own handcrafted wines in mind. The Orange restaurant is the 34th location for the expanding restaurant group.

In conjunction with the opening, Cooper’s Hawk will host a hiring fair on Tuesday, September 18 and on Wednesday, September 19 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. located in the hiring trailer on the new restaurant’s site, in the Chagrin Highlands South property located off Harvard Road.

“We are searching for team members with a passion for wine, food, and first-class hospitality,” said Tim McEnery, Founder and CEO. “Since we are introducing our innovative concept and wines to Northeast Ohio, we want team members who can serve as the restaurant’s ambassadors and educate diners on what makes Cooper’s Hawk so unique.”
