Council to Consider Zoning Changes

Beachwood City Council will consider revisions to the city’s zoning code at tonight’s meeting, including on that would create a planned multi-family residential district.

Two ordinances repeal existing codes and enact new ones, and one ordinance would change the zoning for the southeast corner of Green Road and Chagrin Boulevard, which borders Commerce Park.

 that concluded that the area would benefit if it entailed more mixed-use zoning.

The final zoning ordinance under consideration tonight would create a planned multi-family residential district.
